With almost 60 years’ combined experience in professional kitchens, our chefs have earned an enviable reputation for delivering food excellence across a challenging range of sectors, including high-end restaurants, hotels and contract catering.
With 28 year’s experience in a professional kitchen, Martin has cooked for the Royal Family, leading politicians; and managed catering teams in stately homes, sports stadiums, and at cultural events. He is passionate about creating a balance of flavours, using fresh ingredients from local providers: “It’s what sets any catering team apart: the food has to taste delicious, and when
you get the provenance of the ingredients right, that’s simple.”
Martin plays a large part in our commitment to the Hospitality Assured Standard – an accreditation that we’re proud to have been awarded annually since 2004. His experience helps customers design bespoke menus, and provides them with flawless execution – something that is at the core of every event we cater for.

Supporting Martin, Simon has 30 years’ experience working in professional kitchens, from fast-paced pop-up cafés to fine dining. Simon has served hungry race-goers at Windsor race course and festival lovers at Glastonbury. Cooking is his raison d’être: “We all have to eat, so let’s eat well and enjoy
life’s great tastes together.”
Simon has helped raise over £30,000 for the Royal British Legion’s Poppy Appeal by catering at their a number of their events.
