With spring behind us and summer underway make the very best of our seasonal ingredients and nourish your clients and colleagues with our delicious food. Our chefs source all the best seasonal ingredients, whether it’s a business meeting or a lavish launch party. We know first impressions count in business, so let us take the stress away and explore what we’ve been cooking this season.

So what have we been cooking?

Seasonal favourites

This month’s seasonal favourite, at its nutritional and flavourful ‘best’ has to be roast chicken with peppers and feta served with charred courgettes (which are at their best from June to Sept in the UK), runner beans and new potatoes (which are at their best from April to July).

Fork buffet

 Last month our chefs catered for 200 people, at the Mayor Making ceremony, in Southampton. They opted for this delicious menu:

  • Sliced gammon ham
  • Sliced poached chicken breast
  • Goats cheese with roast pepper
  • Olives and basil, new potato salad with chive dressing
  • Tomato and red onion salad
  • Green salad and summer slaw

This was then finished off with fresh strawberries (which are at their best from June to Sept in the UK) and double cream.

Fizz & nibbles

Last month we had a networking event for 120 people. We served a selection of refreshments such as prosecco, beer, elderflower and pink lemonade. Accompanied by finger food such as chicken skewers, vegetable samosas, puff pastry wraps, crudities and dips.
